Returns policy

 

 

If you are not satisfied with an order you have received and would like to return the merchandise you purchased online, the process is simple. Here are our conditions:

- The returned merchandise must be new and unused. Returned merchandise that is damaged, used, engraved, altered, or resized cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

- If applicable, packing supplies such as authenticity cards, diamond certificates or branded bags should be included in the return.

- All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number requested in advance by email: service@bijouterielaperlerare.ca

- Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

- Please note that you cannot return merchandise that has been purchased on sale, engraved on request, created or modified by special order, or resized at the customer’s request.

- If the merchandise is damaged in transit to La Perle Rare due to inadequate packaging, it may not be accepted.

- The purchase must have been received within the last 30 days.

- Upon reception of your package, the items will be examined to ensure eligibility for return/exchange. Your return/exchange will be processed within a few business days.

- Important: Please note that nose, eyebrow, toe, and belly button jewelry are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

 

*Please note that in-store purchases can only be exchanged in-store within 14 days of purchase. Exchange or credit note only for purchases made in the store.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

IN STORE:

You may visit one of our two branches at any time for an in-store exchange. Simply bring your order confirmation.

 

ONLINE:

Send an email to service@bijouterielaperlerare.ca and include the following information:

- The order number

- The item(s) to be exchanged and the reason for the exchange

- The item(s) you wish to receive in exchange

 

You will receive an email acknowledging your request and detailing the procedure to follow within 1 to 3 business days.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

It is possible to issue a refund for purchases made on our online retail website only. For all purchases made in our branches, we offer you a credit note equivalent to the amount paid.

 

IN STORE:

ONLINE:

Send an email to service@bijouterielaperlerare.ca and include the following information:

- The order number

- The item(s) to be refunded and the reason for the refund

 

You will receive an email acknowledging your request, with a Canada Post return label and the procedure to follow, all within 1 to 3 business days following the reception of your email.

La Perle Rare will not take responsibility for the refund or exchange if the return procedure has not been followed, or if the shipping label has not been used, or if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
