La Perle Rare jewellery store offers worldwide delivery. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Pickup in Store is also available.
- Free shipping on any purchase with a pre-tax value greater than C$125.
- Shipping fees are applied to all purchases with a value of C$125 or less.
- Regular shipments can take from 2 to 7 business days.
- The shipping costs depend on your delivery address and will be explained to you in an email. Fees must be paid prior to shipping. Customs fees and taxes may be applicable and will not be covered by La Perle Rare.

To ensure satisfaction and security during delivery, all deliveries require a signature confirming reception of the package. Packages are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. You will receive an email with the tracking number of your package so you can track its progress.
Shipping normally takes 2 to 5 business days. Please note that a longer delivery time frame is to be expected when a piece of jewellery needs to be modified in size, engraved, or modified according to any special order. In such cases, you will be notified of the expected delivery date.
*La Perle Rare is not responsible for delays in delivery due to high-traffic periods (Black Fridays, holiday seasons, etc.) or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
- When making your purchase, you can select the option “Pickup in Store”. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready, and you can specify from which branch you would like to pick up your purchase.
