Delivery times and destinations

In Québec, delivery generally takes 1 to 2 business days. This timeframe may vary during periods of high demand. We ship across Canada and internationally.

 

Shipping fees and free delivery

Shipping is free on orders of $150 and over before taxes shipped within Québec. For orders under $150 before taxes, a $25 shipping fee applies in Québec. For the rest of Canada, shipping fees are $35 on orders under $150 before taxes, with reduced rates on orders of $150 and over before taxes. International shipping

International shipping fees vary depending on the destination. Our team will contact you to confirm the shipping costs before your order is shipped.

 

Order confirmation, tracking and customer service

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number by email. If you do not receive them, please check your spam or junk folder. Carriers and delivery conditions

We ship our orders with GLS (Dicom), Purolator or FedEx. We do not use Canada Post in order to ensure fast and secure delivery, which explains the shipping fees. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will provide instructions on how to retrieve your package or will attempt delivery again on the next business day.
